Our team completed a comprehensive waterproofing and crawl space improvement project designed to eliminate moisture issues and protect the structural integrity of the home. The work began with the installation of 114 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, strategically placed along the perimeter to capture groundwater and direct it away from the foundation. This system was then connected to a newly installed AmeriSump sump pump, ensuring reliable removal of water from the crawl space even during heavy rainfall.
To further enhance moisture control, we installed 782 square feet of CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This durable liner was applied across the crawl space floor and walls to create a sealed environment that helps prevent mold growth, reduces humidity, and improves overall air quality throughout the home. The encapsulation also adds long-term protection for the home’s structural components by preventing future moisture-related deterioration.
