To repair this
customer’s wet crawlspace in Zionsville, Indiana, Americrawl installed 180
linear feet of a high-performance crawlspace drainage system leading to a
reliable sump pump to efficiently manage groundwater. The team encapsulated
1,656 sq ft with CleanSpace® vapor barrier to create a durable moisture
barrier, followed by applying 1,656 sq ft of TimBor® treatment to help protect
the wood structure from mold. A new crawlspace access door was also installed
to improve energy efficiency and provide a cleaner, more secure entry.
Together, these Americrawl solutions deliver long-term moisture control,
improved air quality, and a healthier, more usable crawlspace.
