The Americrawl team completed a full 1,450-square-foot crawl space cleanout to prepare the area for a complete moisture control system. A 1,450-square-foot CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed to seal the ground and walls, providing long-term protection against humidity and mold growth.
A new M53 Zoeller sump pump was installed to replace the existing unit, ensuring reliable water removal. Additionally, a Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain consistent air quality and moisture levels. The project also included the installation of a new steel crawl space access door for durability and easy entry. To protect and preserve the wood structures, 1,150 square feet of Timbor Spray was applied throughout the crawl space.
