Americrawl completed a comprehensive exterior water management upgrade for this home. The project included installing three downspout extensions, each designed to direct roof runoff safely away from the foundation. Two of the downspouts were extended with yard drainage lines measuring 35 feet and 37 feet in length, ensuring proper water flow and discharge away from problem areas around the home.
In total, approximately 15 feet of additional downspout extensions were installed to connect to the yard drainage system, effectively minimizing pooling and foundation moisture concerns.
