Americrawl completed a full crawl space renovation featuring 146 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system to properly redirect groundwater and prevent future flooding issues. The system was connected to a reliable AmeriSump sump station, providing consistent water removal and moisture control.
A new steel crawl space access door was installed, offering a durable and secure entry point for future maintenance. To protect the home from ground moisture, 1,500 square feet of vapor barrier was installed across the crawl space floor and foundation walls, creating a clean, sealed surface.
Additionally, the entire area was treated with 1,500 square feet of Timbor spray, providing long-term protection against mold, mildew, and wood decay.
