The crawl space was upgraded with 709 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system, providing a durable moisture barrier that protects the home from ground moisture, mold growth, and humidity-related issues.
To reinforce the structural integrity of the floor system, an existing 5-foot steel I-beam was installed along with two adjustable SmartJacks, providing reliable support and leveling for the floor above. This combination of structural reinforcement and encapsulation ensures the crawl space remains dry, clean, and stable for years to come.
