This project involved a full crawl space cleanout and drainage system installation to address ongoing moisture issues and improve the overall health of the home’s foundation area. The crew installed 120 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, designed to efficiently collect and redirect groundwater away from the crawl space.
A SuperSump sump pump station was added to provide powerful and reliable water removal, ensuring the space stays dry during heavy rain or rising groundwater conditions. After the drainage installation, a complete vapor barrier system was installed across the crawl space floor to seal out ground moisture and improve humidity control.
