Job completed for Ken B.

Completion date: March 15, 2022

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

For this crawlspace waterproofing project, our team installed 146 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system to effectively capture and redirect groundwater away from the foundation. This system ensures that any moisture entering the crawlspace is properly drained, helping to prevent standing water and foundation damage.
To complement the drainage system, an AmeriSump sump station was installed, providing a powerful and reliable means of water removal during heavy rains or high groundwater conditions.
The crawlspace floor was then sealed with 1,280 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier, creating a continuous moisture-resistant layer to protect against ground humidity, mold growth, and wood rot. This vapor barrier not only improves air quality but also enhances the overall health and longevity of the home’s foundation.
