Our team completed a comprehensive crawlspace repair and waterproofing project that included 148 linear feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system, designed to capture and direct groundwater away from the foundation. A reliable AmeriSump pump station was installed to ensure proper removal of collected water, adding long-term protection against flooding and excess moisture.
To further protect the crawlspace environment, we installed a 1,450 square foot vapor barrier, sealing the ground to reduce humidity, prevent moisture infiltration, and create a healthier space beneath the home. Additionally, five crawlspace vent replacements were completed, improving airflow control and keeping the space properly sealed.
