Job completed for Raymond B.

Completion date: March 14, 1996

Location: Gas City, IN

Solutions provided:

For this project, our team completed a full AmeriDrain Drainage System installation to properly manage groundwater and protect the crawl space from moisture intrusion. The system was tied into a newly installed AmeriSump sump station, with a 35-foot discharge line directing water safely away from the foundation.
In addition to the drainage improvements, we carried out extensive structural wood repairs. This included replacing 24 feet of rim joist and plate, 56 feet of sill plate, and installing 42 sister joists to reinforce compromised floor supports.
Finally, a durable vapor barrier was installed throughout the crawl space, creating a cleaner, drier, and healthier environment while protecting the wood structure from future moisture damage.
