Completed a full crawl space cleanout to remove debris and prepare the area for system installation.




Waterproofing & Moisture Control:


Installed 1 AmeriSump sump pump station for reliable water removal.


Applied 1,635 square feet of CleanSpace® encapsulation system to seal the crawl space and control ground moisture.


Installed 1 Sedona dehumidifier to regulate humidity levels and improve air quality.


Applied Timbor® spray treatment across exposed wood surfaces to prevent mold growth and protect against wood-destroying organisms.




Structural Wood Repairs:


Replaced 24 feet of rim joists and plates to restore strength to deteriorated perimeter framing.


Replaced 53 feet of sill plate to support the foundation walls and maintain stability.


Installed 39 sistered 2x10 floor joists to reinforce existing joists and provide added load-bearing capacity.
