1,836 Square Feet of CleanSpace® Encapsulation System – A heavy-duty vapor barrier installed across the crawl space floor and walls to seal out moisture and humidity.


Sedona Dehumidifier Installation – High-efficiency dehumidifier added to maintain proper humidity levels and improve indoor air quality.


New Crawl Space Access Installation – Secure and durable access point installed for easy future maintenance.


1,836 Square Feet of Timbor® Wood Treatment – Applied to all exposed wood to prevent mold growth and protect structural components from rot and decay.
