25 feet of rim joists and plate replacement to restore structural integrity where wood had deteriorated or weakened.


10 feet of sill plate replacement to ensure a strong connection between the foundation and the floor system.


4 reinforced 2x8 sister joists installed to strengthen compromised joists and restore proper load-bearing capacity.


2 full-length 2x8 floor joists replaced for added stability in critical areas.


1,286 square feet of Tim-bor® treatment applied to all exposed wood surfaces, protecting against future mold, rot, and insect damage.
