Our team completed a full crawl space waterproofing solution designed to manage groundwater and control moisture levels. The work included the installation of 210 feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system, strategically placed around the perimeter of the crawl space to ensure effective water collection and redirection away from the foundation.
In addition to the drainage system, we installed one AmeriSump sump pump system, which provides a reliable discharge point for collected water and adds an essential layer of protection against flooding and standing water.
To address vapor intrusion and humidity control, the team installed 1,650 square feet of a 6-mil vapor barrier across the entire crawl space floor. This barrier helps seal out ground moisture, reducing the risk of mold growth, wood rot, and structural damage while creating a cleaner and healthier environment.
