Job completed for Larry B

Completion date: November 22, 1997

Location: Stroh, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew installed 124 linear feet of AmeriDrain throughout the crawlspace to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation, helping reduce the risk of standing water and moisture intrusion. The drainage system was connected to one AmeriSump sump pump system to provide reliable removal of collected groundwater and help maintain a drier crawlspace environment. To further control moisture, our crew installed 1,120 square feet of vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor to help reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil and limit excess humidity beneath the home. This added layer of protection helps create a cleaner, drier crawlspace while reducing the potential for moisture-related deterioration of the home's structural components.
