Job completed for Diana B

Completion date: December 29, 1998

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and moisture-control project designed to protect the home's foundation and improve the overall condition of the crawlspace. The project included the installation of 169 linear feet of AmeriDrain to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation, helping reduce the risk of standing water and ongoing moisture intrusion. The drainage system was connected to one AmeriSump sump pump system to provide reliable removal of collected groundwater and help maintain a drier crawlspace environment. To further protect the crawlspace from excess moisture, our crew installed 1,486 square feet of vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor to help reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil and control humidity beneath the home. Additionally, our crew installed one steel crawlspace access door to provide a durable, secure entry point while helping protect the crawlspace opening from outside elements.
