Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and restoration project designed to improve drainage, control moisture, and protect the home's foundation and structural components. The project included the installation of 180 linear feet of AmeriDrain to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation, helping reduce the risk of standing water and ongoing moisture intrusion. The drainage system was connected to one AmeriSump sump pump system to provide reliable removal of collected groundwater and help maintain a drier crawlspace environment. The project also included a thorough crawlspace cleanout, removing accumulated debris and unwanted materials to prepare the area for restoration. Following the cleanout, our crew installed 2,000 square feet of vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor to help reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil and control excess humidity.
