Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and moisture-control project designed to protect the home's foundation and improve the overall condition of the crawlspace. The project included the installation of 164 linear feet of AmeriDrain to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation, helping prevent standing water and reduce the risk of ongoing moisture intrusion. The drainage system was connected to one SuperSump sump pump system to provide reliable removal of collected groundwater and help maintain a drier crawlspace environment. To further protect the crawlspace from excess moisture, our crew installed 1,136 square feet of CleanSpace to create a durable moisture barrier that helps limit moisture vapor migration from the soil. Additionally, 1,136 square feet of Timbor Spray was applied to the accessible wood components to help address moisture-related fungal growth and protect the structural wood from deterioration.
