Our expert crew installed 133 linear feet of AmeriDrain throughout the crawlspace to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation, helping reduce the risk of standing water and moisture intrusion. This drainage system helps manage groundwater and protect the crawlspace from excess moisture. In addition, our crew installed 1,200 square feet of 6-mil black vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor to help reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil. This added layer of protection helps control moisture levels, protect the home's structural wood components, and maintain a drier crawlspace environment. Together, these improvements provide effective groundwater management and moisture control to help protect the home's foundation and floor system over the long term.
