Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace structural repair and ventilation project addressing multiple components of the floor system and foundation framing. The project included the replacement of five crawlspace vents to improve the condition and functionality of the crawlspace openings. Our expert crew replaced 27 linear feet of rim joist and 42 linear feet of deteriorated sill plate, restoring compromised wood components and helping reestablish proper structural support along the foundation perimeter. The crew also replaced 28 linear feet of center beam, providing improved support for the floor system. To further strengthen the floor structure, our expert crew installed 10 sister floor joists alongside existing joists to reinforce weakened areas. In addition, 17 full-length floor joists were replaced, addressing severely deteriorated or structurally compromised framing. These repairs provide substantial structural reinforcement to the crawlspace and help improve the stability, support, and long-term performance of the home's floor system.
