Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace waterproofing and restoration project, installing 220 linear feet of AmeriDrain to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation and help prevent standing water and ongoing moisture intrusion. The drainage system was connected to one SuperSump sump pump system, providing reliable removal of collected groundwater and helping maintain a drier crawlspace environment. The project also included a thorough crawlspace cleanout, removing debris, contaminated materials, and other unwanted organic matter from the area. Our expert crew applied Timbor Spray to the accessible wood components to help address moisture-related fungal growth and protect the structural wood from future deterioration. Finally, vapor barrier was installed throughout the crawlspace to reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil and help control humidity. The completed improvements provide comprehensive moisture management while helping protect the foundation, floor system, and structural components of the home.
