Our expert crew completed a comprehensive moisture-control project involving two crawlspaces connected to the basement. Both crawlspaces received a complete AmeriDrain drainage system designed to collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation and help prevent standing water and moisture accumulation. To provide reliable water removal, our expert crew installed two AmeriSump sump pump systems, with one sump serving each crawlspace drainage system. Both crawlspaces were also treated with Timbor Spray to help address existing wood-destroying fungal growth and moisture-related concerns. Following treatment, vapor barriers were installed throughout both crawlspaces to reduce moisture vapor migration from the soil and create a cleaner, drier, and more controlled environment.
