To permanently stabilize the foundation, our team also installed 20 heavy-duty wall anchors on the bowing basement wall. Each wall anchor was engineered and strategically positioned to counteract lateral soil pressure pushing against the foundation. The anchors were securely connected to stable soil beyond the zone of pressure, allowing the wall to be reinforced immediately while providing the opportunity for gradual straightening over time through future adjustments if necessary. This proven foundation repair method helps prevent additional inward movement and restores structural stability without requiring complete wall replacement.
