Job completed for Jeremy B

Completion date: June 14, 2011

Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew installed 136 linear feet of the AmeriDrain interior drainage system throughout the crawlspace to efficiently capture groundwater and direct it to a newly installed SuperSump sump pump system. This high-performance drainage system is designed to relieve hydrostatic pressure beneath the crawlspace, eliminate standing water, and provide reliable protection against future water intrusion. To create a clean, dry, and well-protected crawlspace, our team installed 1,092 square feet of CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation. The durable, reinforced vapor barrier completely covers the crawlspace floor and foundation walls, helping to isolate the home from ground moisture, reduce humidity, improve energy efficiency, and protect the structural components from moisture-related damage. To complete the encapsulation system, we installed a Santa Fe Sedona dehumidifier, which is specifically engineered for crawlspaces and basements. The dehumidifier continuously controls excess humidity, helping to prevent condensation, mold growth, mildew, musty odors, and wood deterioration while improving the overall air quality throughout the home. Together, the AmeriDrain drainage system, SuperSump pump station, CleanSpace encapsulation, and Sedona dehumidifier provide a comprehensive moisture management solution that keeps the crawlspace dry, healthy, and protected for years to come.
