Job completed for Jeff B

Completion date: January 24, 2001

Location: Beech Grove, IN

Solutions provided:

Our crew finished the crawl space and structural repair work by installing 138 linear feet of AmeriDrain to improve drainage and help protect the foundation from excess moisture. We also installed a 1,200-square-foot vapor barrier to help reduce moisture intrusion and improve the overall condition of the crawl space. As part of the waterproofing system, one AmeriSump unit was installed to collect and remove groundwater as needed. In addition, our crew replaced 6 linear feet of deteriorated sill plate to restore structural integrity in the affected area. To reinforce the framing beneath the front door of the home, we installed one 2×8 sister joist, providing additional strength and support. Upon completion, all work was performed according to the project specifications, leaving the crawl space better protected against moisture while improving the home's structural stability.
