Job completed for Robert B

Completion date: August 5, 2001

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew installed new fiberglass insulation in the crawlspace floor joists after carefully removing and disposing of all existing insulation that had become worn and ineffective. To improve the home's energy efficiency and help regulate temperature, we installed 2-inch rigid foam board insulation along the crawlspace foundation walls, ensuring each panel was properly fitted and secured. We then installed a new heavy-duty vapor barrier across the entire crawlspace floor, overlapping and sealing the seams to help reduce moisture intrusion and protect the crawlspace from excess humidity. In addition, our crew removed and replaced six damaged crawlspace foundation vents to improve ventilation and ensure proper airflow throughout the space. Once all work was completed, we performed a thorough cleanup of the crawlspace, removed all debris and discarded materials from the property, and left the work area clean and ready for use.
