Job completed for Vicki B

Completion date: August 4, 1995

Location: Ellettsville, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew installed 150 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior drainage system to capture groundwater and direct it efficiently away from the foundation before it could enter the living space. The drainage system was connected to a new AmeriSump sump pump station, providing dependable water collection and discharge to help keep the crawl space dry throughout the year. As part of the structural improvements, our team also completed a reinforced concrete lintel pour to strengthen and stabilize the foundation where additional support was needed. This repair restores proper load transfer, reinforces the affected foundation area, and enhances the long-term structural integrity of the home. Together, these waterproofing and structural upgrades help protect the foundation from water intrusion while providing a more stable, dry, and healthy environment beneath the home.
