Job completed for Betty B
Completion date: April 3, 2007
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
Our expert crew transformed the crawl space by first performing a complete cleanout, removing debris and organic materials to prepare the area for encapsulation. A durable steel crawl space access door was then installed to provide secure, long-lasting access while helping keep out moisture, pests, and outside air. Next, we applied 1,280 square feet of Timbor Spray to all exposed wood framing to help protect against mold, wood-decaying fungi, and wood-destroying insects. To complete the project, our team installed 1,280 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation liner, creating a continuous moisture barrier across the crawl space floor and foundation walls. This comprehensive system helps reduce humidity, improve indoor air quality, increase energy efficiency, and protect the home's structural components by creating a cleaner, healthier, and drier crawl space environment for years to come.
