To repair this wet crawlspace in Indianapolis, Indiana, Americrawl installed a complete water management and moisture control system designed to keep the crawlspace dry and healthy year-round. The project included the installation of 204 linear feet of interior crawlspace drainage to collect and redirect groundwater to a high-performance sump pump system with a discharge line, helping prevent standing water and future moisture intrusion. A durable vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor to reduce excess humidity and block ground moisture from entering the space. To further protect the structure, TimBor® treatment was applied to exposed wood surfaces to help defend against mold a wood-destroying organisms.
