This customer in Carmel contacted Americrawl to repair a wet crawlspace and protect their home from ongoing moisture problems. Our team installed 1,229 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier to help seal the crawlspace and create a cleaner, healthier, and more energy-efficient environment beneath the home. We also installed a crawlspace drainage system designed to capture and direct water away from the foundation to help keep the area dry year-round. To further protect the structure, TimBor spray was applied to exposed wood surfaces to help resist mold, and weep holes were installed to allow trapped water within the foundation walls to properly drain. These crawlspace waterproofing solutions work together to help improve indoor air quality, reduce excess humidity, and provide long-term protection against moisture damage.
