To repair this wet crawlspace in Indianapolis, Indiana, Americrawl installed a complete waterproofing and crawlspace encapsulation system designed to control moisture and improve the overall health of the home. The project included the installation of 1,300 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier to help seal out ground moisture and humidity, along with a crawlspace drainage system and sump pump with discharge line to effectively remove standing water and prevent future water intrusion and a new crawlspace access door was installed. Our crew also removed falling and loose insulation and treated the crawlspace with TimBor spray to help protect exposed wood surfaces. These crawlspace repair solutions work together to create a cleaner, drier, and healthier crawlspace environment for the homeowner.
