The installation team completed the installation of 1,400 square feet of the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system to effectively isolate the area from ground moisture and reduce humidity levels beneath the home. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces and penetrations to create a continuous, durable moisture barrier. In conjunction with the encapsulation, Timbor mold treatment spray was applied to approximately 1,400 square feet of exposed wood framing members to inhibit mold growth and protect against fungal decay. Together, these improvements enhance moisture control, protect structural components, and promote a cleaner, healthier crawlspace environment for long-term performance.
