Job completed for Ron B

Completion date: November 12, 1998

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

The installation team completed the installation of 155 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior crawlspace drainage system along the foundation perimeter to effectively intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The system was carefully positioned to ensure consistent water collection and proper flow toward the sump location. To manage the collected water, one AmeriSump sump station was installed to efficiently pump and discharge water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line. In addition, six crawlspace vent replacements were completed to restore proper airflow and improve the condition of the existing vent openings. To further control ground moisture and humidity, 1,356 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous moisture barrier. Together, these improvements provide reliable water management, improved ventilation, and enhanced moisture control for a cleaner, drier, and more stable crawlspace environment.
