The installation team completed the installation of 42 linear feet of J-Drain exterior drainage system along the foundation to help manage subsurface water and reduce hydrostatic pressure against the exterior wall. The drainage system was positioned to promote proper water collection and movement away from the structure. To ensure effective discharge, 70 linear feet of solid piping was installed and routed to a dry well, allowing collected water to be carried a safe distance from the foundation and dispersed into the surrounding soil. Together, these components provide an effective exterior water management solution that helps protect the foundation and minimize the risk of moisture intrusion.
