The installation team completed a full crawlspace remediation and moisture-control system designed to improve long-term performance and environmental conditions beneath the home. The project began with a thorough crawlspace cleanout, removing debris and organic materials to create a clean, serviceable space and eliminate potential sources of moisture and microbial growth. To manage groundwater and provide reliable water removal, two (2) SuperSump sump stations were installed to efficiently collect and discharge water away from the foundation, offering increased capacity and system redundancy. For advanced humidity control, two (2) Sedona dehumidifiers were installed to actively regulate moisture levels and maintain a dry, balanced crawlspace environment. Additionally, 1,600 square feet of the CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous and durable vapor barrier. In conjunction with encapsulation, Timbor wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and help protect against fungal decay. Together, these integrated systems provide comprehensive moisture management, improved air quality, and long-term protection of the crawlspace and structural components.
