Job completed for Frank B

Completion date: December 6, 2006

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

The installation team completed the installation of 180 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior crawlspace drainage system along the foundation perimeter to effectively intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The system was carefully positioned to ensure consistent water collection and proper flow toward the sump location. To manage the collected water, one AmeriSump sump station was installed to efficiently pump and discharge water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line. To further address moisture conditions, 1,500 square feet of reinforced vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous moisture barrier. In addition, 1,500 square feet of Timbor wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and help protect against fungal decay. Together, these integrated systems provide comprehensive moisture control, improved air quality, and long-term protection of the crawlspace and structural components.
