Serving Indiana Since 1993

Job completed for Mark B.

Completion date: August 10, 2005

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew installed 145 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior drainage system along the crawlspace perimeter to effectively intercept groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure at the footing level. The system was carefully positioned to ensure consistent water collection and positive flow toward one SuperSump sump station, which was installed to efficiently discharge captured water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line.
To further control ground moisture and humidity, a reinforced vapor barrier was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces to create a continuous moisture barrier. Additionally, approximately 300 square feet of  Timbor wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and help protect against fungal decay. Together, these integrated components provide comprehensive moisture management, improved structural protection, and a cleaner, drier crawlspace environment designed for long-term durability.
