Completion date: December 1, 2009

Location: Attica, IN

Solutions provided:

Our expert crew performed a complete crawlspace remediation and waterproofing installation to address moisture intrusion and improve long-term structural protection. The project began with a thorough cleanout of the crawlspace, removing debris and organic materials to create a clean, serviceable environment and eliminate potential sources of moisture retention and microbial growth.
To manage groundwater intrusion, 110 linear feet of AmeriDrain interior drainage system was installed along the crawlspace perimeter at the footing level to intercept seepage and relieve hydrostatic pressure. The system was routed to one SuperSump sump station, engineered to efficiently collect and discharge water away from the home through a dedicated exterior discharge line.
For comprehensive moisture control, 1,000 square feet of the CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation walls and penetrations to create a continuous vapor barrier. In addition, Timbor Spray wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and help protect against fungal decay. Together, these improvements provide reliable water management, enhanced structural safeguarding, and a cleaner, drier crawlspace environment designed for long-term performance.
