Our expert crew installed 416 square feet of the CleanSpace® encapsulation system to help isolate the crawlspace from ground moisture and reduce humidity levels beneath the home. The reinforced vapor barrier was carefully fitted and sealed to create a continuous moisture barrier across the crawlspace floor, improving overall environmental conditions and helping protect structural components from moisture-related deterioration.
The project also included installation of one new steel crawlspace access door to enhance durability, security, and insulation at the entry point. In addition, the existing dryer vent was replaced to ensure proper exterior ventilation and safe exhaust of lint and moisture. A crawlspace cleanout was performed to remove debris and organic material, creating a cleaner, more serviceable environment. Together, these upgrades improve moisture control, ventilation efficiency, and long-term crawlspace performance.
