Solutions provided:
Our expert crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace moisture-control and structural reinforcement project incorporating multiple integrated systems. The work included installation of the AmeriDrain® interior drainage system to capture groundwater intrusion and relieve hydrostatic pressure along the foundation perimeter. The drainage system was designed to direct collected water to the designated discharge point, helping maintain a dry crawlspace environment.
To address ground moisture and humidity, the CleanSpace® encapsulation system was installed to create a continuous vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor and sealed along foundation surfaces and penetrations. In conjunction with encapsulation, a Timbor® wood treatment spray was applied to exposed framing members to inhibit mold growth and protect against fungal decay.
Additionally, a Sedona® dehumidifier was installed to actively control ambient humidity levels and maintain balanced moisture conditions within the crawlspace. The project was completed with a poured concrete lintel to reinforce and restore structural support at the affected opening, ensuring proper load transfer and long-term stability. Together, these improvements enhance structural integrity, reduce moisture-related risks, and promote a cleaner, healthier crawlspace environment.
