Our expert crew installed 2,447 square feet of reinforced vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor and sealed it along foundation surfaces to effectively isolate the area from ground moisture and humidity. In conjunction with the encapsulation work, a Timbor® mold treatment spray was applied to exposed wood framing members to inhibit fungal growth and help protect the structure from future microbial activity. Together, these measures improve overall air quality, reduce moisture-related risks, and promote a cleaner, healthier, and more durable crawlspace environment.
