Our expert crew installed three (3) wall anchors to stabilize and permanently support the bowing basement wall. Each anchor system consisted of an interior wall plate connected by a high-strength steel rod to an exterior earth anchor embedded in stable, undisturbed soil beyond the zone of influence. The anchors were carefully positioned along the affected wall to provide balanced resistance and optimal load distribution.
Once installed, the systems were tightened to counteract inward pressure and help prevent further movement. This proven method of structural reinforcement resists lateral soil loads, improves wall alignment over time, and provides long-term stability to the foundation while minimizing disruption to the property.
