Our expert crew installed ten (10) steel I-beams to provide permanent structural reinforcement and stabilization to the affected areas of the home. In addition, two (2) SmartJack® adjustable support systems were installed beneath the floor system to restore proper load support and address sagging or settlement issues. All components were carefully positioned, secured, and adjusted to ensure proper load transfer to stable bearing points. These structural improvements significantly enhance the strength, stability, and long-term performance of the floor system and supporting structure.
