Our crew completed a comprehensive crawlspace improvement project that included the cleanout of approximately 1,382 square feet of crawlspace area, removing debris and preparing the space for system installation. Following the cleanout, approximately 148 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system was installed to effectively collect and redirect groundwater along the crawlspace perimeter. The drainage system was tied into one AmeriSump sump station, providing reliable water removal and discharge away from the foundation. To further control moisture, a durable black 6-mil vapor barrier was installed over the crawlspace floor, helping to reduce ground moisture, control humidity, and protect the structural components for long-term performance.
