The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 1,300 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system to create a continuous and durable vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace. This system helps control ground moisture, reduce humidity levels, and protect structural components from moisture-related damage. In addition, one Santa Fe Sedona dehumidifier is installed to actively regulate humidity and improve overall air quality within the crawlspace. Together, these upgrades provide long-term moisture control, enhance energy efficiency, and contribute to a cleaner, healthier, and more stable crawlspace environment.
