Our crew installed five DynaPier push piers to stabilize a settling corner of the home that has been affected by foundation movement. Each push pier is hydraulically driven deep into the ground until it reaches stable, load-bearing soil or bedrock, ensuring a solid and reliable foundation support point. Once proper depth and resistance are achieved, the piers are securely bracketed to the existing foundation to transfer the structural load away from unstable soils. This system is designed to permanently halt further settlement and, where possible, provide stabilization and correction to the affected corner of the home. The installation of the DynaPier system improves overall foundation performance, enhances structural integrity, and provides a long-term solution to prevent additional movement or damage.
