The scope of work includes professional mold remediation across approximately 2,000 square feet of crawlspace area, addressing existing microbial growth on affected surfaces to help restore a healthier environment. All visible mold is treated and removed in accordance with proper remediation practices to reduce the risk of future growth. Following the mold removal, approximately 2,000 square feet of durable vapor barrier is installed over the crawlspace floor to help control ground moisture and humidity levels. The vapor barrier is properly secured and sealed to provide continuous coverage, supporting long-term moisture control, improving air quality, and protecting the structural components from further moisture- and mold-related damage.
