The project consisted of installing 80 feet of AmeriDrain crawlspace drainage system to create an efficient channel for directing groundwater away from the foundation, significantly reducing moisture buildup and helping to maintain a healthier environment beneath the home. To further support proper water management, a new AmeriSump sump station was installed, providing a dependable collection point and ensuring that water is effectively pumped out of the crawlspace during periods of heavy moisture. In addition to the drainage improvements, the team completed four lintel pours, strengthening critical structural areas and enhancing the overall stability and integrity of the home’s crawlspace. These combined upgrades offer long-term protection against water intrusion, improve structural reliability, and contribute to maintaining the home’s value and safety.
