Job completed for Fred B.
Completion date: March 16, 2016
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Solutions provided:
The project will begin with a full crawlspace cleanout to remove debris, improve accessibility, and prepare the area for drainage and encapsulation work. A total of 188 linear feet of AmeriDrain will be installed to establish a reliable drainage pathway, directing groundwater and moisture toward the newly installed AmeriSump system, which provides consistent and efficient water removal to help prevent standing water and future flooding concerns. Once drainage components are in place, 1,725 square feet of CleanSpace liner will be installed to fully encapsulate the crawlspace, creating a durable moisture barrier that helps control humidity, protect structural components, and improve overall energy efficiency in the home. To further safeguard the wood framing, the entire area will be treated with Timbor spray, providing long-lasting protection against mold growth, wood-destroying organisms, and moisture-related deterioration. These combined improvements will significantly enhance the cleanliness, durability, and long-term health of the crawlspace environment.
