This project includes a full crawl space restoration across 1,146 square feet. Work consists of a complete crawl space clean-out, installation of a CleanSpace encapsulation system, and application of Timbor spray treatment. The clean-out will remove all debris, old insulation, and damaged vapor barriers to prepare the area for encapsulation. The CleanSpace system will be installed to seal the crawl space, control moisture, and improve overall air quality and energy efficiency. Finally, Timbor will be applied to exposed wood surfaces to provide long-term protection against mold and wood-destroying insects.
